It’s a solid essential oil, though. I wish it was a little stronger scented. I end up having to use about 15 drops in the tray of my humidifier for it to really make a difference. The smell itself is actually quite pleasant and very menthol like. Also, when I first got it for some reason, I thought the bottle would be bigger than it really is, but it seems to be lasting quite a while.

This smells amazing - not too strong and really relaxes you. It doesn’t solve my waking in the middle of the night issue (hello, menopause!), but I definitely fall asleep quicker and just feel relaxed overall. I put it on my temples and behind my ears.

It smells really nice, however, the fragrance is very light. I put it on my temples, behind my jaw, and on my wrist. Once I laid down, I could barely smell it. I pretty much had to have my nose right up against one of the places that I put it on. I ended up putting more on my hands since I’m a side sleeper, and it still wore off very quickly.

This actually works. Was very surprised how quickly it took the pain away.
