It's really gentle, I know cause I washed my face with it while eyes were open and it was gentle as water. As long as it was washed away quickly. And leaves baby's skin even more soft and lasts all day and night !! I highly recommend this. I know I'm going to be using it for a long time on my baby.

I have been buying this product in the tube. It was the creamy cotton oil. But I found this bottle that was much larger and a lot less expensive. It is not the creamy cotton oil, but it is still wonderful and makes your skin so soft!

I bought this to try something cheaper than the baby Cerave, and I'm shocked at how strong the scent is for something advertised to newborns. I wouldn't reccomend putting this on a newborn. If Iyou're sensitive to strong scents this isn't for you. It smells great, and doesn't seem to bother my 5 month old. The consistency is similar to the Cerave. I can still smell it on my girl in the AM. I am mixed feelings on it. It seems to work decent and hasn't caused any bad reactions so I don't want to give it a 3. I was just shocked at how scented it was 😆For how negative my paragraph sounds, I promise I do like the lotion. I just wanted people to know it's probably not as gentle smelling as they are expecting.
