Getting a stroller is a big decision. And i am so glad we got it. The car seat is so easily fixed. My baby is just 3 months and i cant tell you how much in love are we with the bassinet. Its just so spacious and amazing. I can change her in it. We travel alot, and she sleep in it all the time.Keep in mind its not travel friendly. It takes alot of space. But we prefer our baby's comfort over size.

One flaw ruins an almost perfect design
Mostly greatāthe one critique I have is how unpredictable the connectors that attach the car seat/bassinet to the skeleton of the stroller are.Practically speakingāwhen I remove the car seat from the base, sometimes the attachments will be on the car seat from the last time it was attached. If they were fixed to the seat in a more substantial way it would be no problem, but oftentimes the two attachment pieces will fall off the seat mid transfer, requiring me to set the seat back down, attach the pieces to the skeleton of the stroller, and then fix the car seat to the stroller

Defective car seat
They have the worst customer service!!After getting a defective car seat I have been trying to get my claim resolved I have called multiple times and they never get back to me.I havent been able to to properly install my car seat base because the release button doesnt properly release the car seat and car seat attachments on the stroller. Should not have to be struggling with these type of issues postpartum
