Q: Is this parchment paper compostable?

I wrap parchment paper around food (frozen chicken) and put it in a toaster oven at 350 for over an hour. It doesn't burn. I would think it is oven safe as long as the flame doesn't make contact, broil=no, bake=yes.

Q: What is the diameter of the roll?

The width of the roll is 15”. Each roll contains 164 ft. of parchment paper.

Q: Is silicone on both sides of the paper?

Both sides appear to be non-stick. Excellent product!
