Sound quality leaves something to be desiredThe remote could streamline some commonly used features (check out the LG remotes)Picture quality is good, but other brands have increased definition in similar screen sizes.

TV came very quickly, was everything that the description said it was. Picture quality was excellent for the size of the TV sound is good except when watching the DVD. Put it on a Wall Mount in my semi tractor and it has worked out perfectly.

Great picture… Replaced an older Jensen, so it has a new feature, which is its own dvd player. That simply makes it redundant as it’s connected to a Jensen DVD/CD player

I bought this Jensen 19" TV because its 12 volt and would work in bunk area of my RV trailer when we are off grid with no power, i installed it on a nice RV locking swing arm mount ( MD TV Mount Lockable RV TV Mount for 10-26 Inch Flat Screen TV, RV Mount) Highly recommended, The TV works good and has a good picture and decent sound, but very low sound even at full volume on DVD mode, I am returning it for a replacement TV hopefully the new one will work better. This tv does come with 110 plug and a 12 volt plug, it has a decent remote although it has DVD and TV functions and you have to switch back and fourth to do simple functions, like volume only on TV mode, Overall this looks nice and is light weight in my trailer if it weren't for the poor sound on DVD mode I would keep it.

Great tv for the rv. I had to replace the original Tv/dvd in my motorhome and this worked absolutely fine. Nice picture and decent sound.

The picture is gorgeous but the sound is very low. Even at full volume it was hard to hear. The remote control is confusing. For example, while watching a DVD, I had to press the DVD button before it would accept any commands.It is really too bad because the picture is gorgeous.
