haha this product is extremely overpriced and anybody can do those wooden planks themselves. the cheapest 2x4x8 now at home depot is 3$. cut it in pieces, stain them.

Q: can this be affixed to bathroom tiles?

I would think that you could use a strong adhesive to put them over the tile. If it’s at all possible i would remove the tile first before applying the wood panels I have them in my bathroom and love the look! Good luck!
