I bought this product in 04/12/24,So far not really liking them because I'm always spotting which this hasn't ever happen to me. I do have an irregular period. Now it's May 8 and still spotting. Before I took these pills I have already had finished my period the first week of April. It usually last for 5 days.2 days later its when I started taking 1 serving (2 pills) and that's when I realized my period never really stopped. It really is annoying having to change linears everyday. I'm probably going to stop using them to see if the spotting will stop in a few weeks. Hopefully it will either change my cycle or stay the same. Overall haven't see no changes, idk if I have to take several bottles in order to see changes but just don't like the whole spotting periods.

I have a mild Gynecomastia and hoping this product will enhance shape and cup. Just started taking this product. Will add more as time passes (also update star rating accordingly). No bad smell, after taste nor noted side effects experienced yet. Cost is good and will continue to use if effective....

Started taking March 9th as directed with a 34in bust. It is now April 20th with a 34 & 1/4in bust. Symptoms have been mild, but my menstrual period is currently 3 weeks late (tested not pregnant) which is slightly unnerving but also a side effect of estrogen. Libido has also gone down which happened on birth control as well. The veggy have done very well for me, no complaints in that regard. I'll continue for a second month to see if the quarter inch gain is simply normal fluctuating hormones.

I have only begun to start taking it will update later. with results. pills look not bad going down, oh and not bad but great smell but the shell keeps no taste at least if your quick, haven't tried it slowly yet.any ways right now Id review the ingredients oh and as always do some of your own research and more importantly talk with your doc, I am only college student not even medical(Science though).Okay there pretty safe, all generally natural (not that it doesn't have to be natural to be safe but it makes it easier to tell). there is one ingredient with mild concern. angelica sinensis a type of ginseng. a ingredient that helps having softer more delicate skin along with other things of general health benefits. it can increase dangerous of bleeding being anticoagulant, actually(some other plants with it our other ginsengs, garlic, ginger and ginkgo)its mild, this one along with certain varieties of the other plants listed (although only one in the supplement was a ginger root, there is more) is known to have a extra relationship with Warfarin, warfarin is anti-coagulant, used in numerous things from certain rat poison brands which you should not eat, or of many medicines that one could be prescribed. These would be actually semi dangerous with the pills one probably wont kill unless your Warfin dose is large but don't risk it. any ways uses of these suppliments will likely see a increase in bleeding.Vitamin K can help with this warfin or these supplements. K/K1 is the more recommended kind both should work, a lot animal meats contain both. plants usually only contain k1 which can be used as k1 or more easily converted to k2 then k2 can be to k1. collard greens and spinach are really high, a half of cup of collar greens is roughly 4-5 times one's daily needs, personally not my favorite foods though. many pretty come on plants have enough to it although not in high amounts (vitamin K deficiency is rare as heck on, you would have to purposely find food low in Vitamin K). kiwi fruits, grapes, blueberries and carrots are all relatively high per cup or half cup in comparison to ones daily value. a lot of stable food contain like 1-5% daily values (1 slice of sandwich breads is 2%)personally, in my not medically certified opinion you'll probably be fine not doing anything different, bruising slightly easier and longer. and that personally I'll use it as an excuse to eat more kiwi fruit or blue berries get more of my other vitamins that way. more juice too. not a big difference for me bedsides maybe I will hold my self too it though. oh and Vitamin K (is vitamin with no known toxicity level, essentially you can not have enough).I'm some bozo of the internet so again, I recommend getting a doctor visit even if I'm not going too, and doing some research too, even though what I said was right, its good for your health not trust me.the ingredients should work too although even many big brand vitamins have problems working. so well see, after month.

I started taking these to increase my breast size etc and was on my 2nd bottle when I started having unusual bleeding like my period which was heavy and lasting for 2 weeks I went to the hospital as this was not normal for me and I also started having discoloration on my nipples even though my nipples were getting slightly bigger to make a long story short I stopped using and the bleeding stopped but now I am having to have additional paps and a biopsy because I believe the pills altered my system in some way….I should of did more research
