Do they expire/ how long do I have to use them once I buy them?

No they stayed fresh for over a year

Does your skin peel after usung the product?

Mine never peeled. The gloves and socks have a gel-like substance in them that helps to moizturize your hands and feet. Once you take them off you can either wash it off or let it dry or add lotion to seal it. In any case, no peeling should occur.
