Q: Does this come with cloning software?

No, I googled how to clone a ssd drive, the results were easy and informative. I'm not real savvy, but had no problems at all. You can watch how to do it on you tube videos also.

Q: Are screws to attach rails included? OR Are they standard size and the screws from my old hard drive rails will fit?

I have a hp laptop and all the hardware securing the old drive I used for the new one. I found a video of "HOW TO" using Google, The computer runs faster now. From about six Min. to Boot to eight seconds to be on line. A massive improvement. good luck.
