These work amazingly
Amazing! Like others, I’ve used another popular lactase pill. These are like magic. I’ll use one or two depending on what I’m eating. Never a problem afterwords. And the pills are tiny with almost no flavor.

Works where Lactaid did not
I’ve tried Lactaid in different forms and strengths over the past few years, with mediocre results. It helps a little for sure and reduces the severity of my symptoms, but even when taking 7-8 Lactaid pills at a time, I still got moderate GI symptoms. With these, I can literally eat a large piece of an ice cream cake with no symptoms at all. The first time, I tried with like 6 tablets because I was nervous given the failure of Lactaid. Then in the interests of not using too many at once, I slowly lowered the number of tablets. I now only take 1 tablet for a small scoop of ice cream or a dish with cheese and 2-3 for a larger serving or very cream-heavy meal. It works amazingly! I’m glad I finally found something that works. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been told to “just take some Lactaid” and been frustrated with the lack of efficacy. Now I can just take this cute little tin out and I’m good :P.

Infinitely better than Lactaid
I'm not completely lactose intolerant, but it definitely doesn't sit right in my stomach and makes me gassy and bloated. I've tried generic lactaid, lactaid itself, and a slew of other supplements. This is the best one for me. I only need one tablet and I'm perfectly fine! No diarrhea, overt amount of gas, or uncomfortable bloating. Love the little case as well. When I am out, planning to splurge on the $80 refill to just keep refilling my case.

Game Changer
Total game changer. While I try to avoid creamy desserts or things made with cream once in awhile I cave. These pills are fantastic. Just one or two and no issues arise, compared to taking 4 or 5 of any other brand. I always have my little tin in my purse.

Be careful!
This product caused awful side effects about 3 hours after taking - nausea, abdominal cramps, diarrhea and several episodes of vomiting. The diarrhea lasted multiple days. I thought it was a viral infection, and decided to try the pills again with a soup I made that the TINIEST amount of cream - like a tablespoon of cream in 8 cups of soup. Whew!! Same symptoms a few hours later. I tolerate lactaid just fine so something about this formulation does not work for me. Bummer because I like the packaging - so much better than carrying the lactaid tablets or annoying pouches.

Case doesn't stay closed
I bought these to keep on myself for my girlfriend. As for their efficacy, my girlfriend claims they are significantly better than lactaid. As I am not lactose intolerant, I can't personally speak to how well they work.I can speak to the case though. The metal case has small indentations on the side that little nubs on the lid are supposed to slide into to help keep the case closed. Unfortunately the lid is too thin and these nubs are not very effective at keeping it closed.Twice I've had this open in my pocket and spill pills. My solution has been to design and 3D print a snug TPU slim bumper case for this. With the TPU case on, the metal case cannot be opened. No more spills. If they had a better case design, it would be 5/5 stars.
