Quick and easy...used for securing hanging closet doors.

Nice unit however it was not long enough for the 2.5" class door overlap. Like the adhesive idea to keep the lock in place. Showcase locks with thumb screws frequently come loose and slide out of position. Made this lock work by bending the angled end flat and then fixing to the glass. This provided additional length. The product description should indicate the maximum glass door overlap for this lock to work without modification.

Good showcase lock for sliding glass enclosure doors. I use these locks on reptile enclosures to provide a safe and secure means to protect the animals from unwanted handling, as well as escape. I have both the bronze as well as the silver versions of this lock. (same thing just different color). I would give these locks a 5 star rating but they are slightly over priced. These locks are easy enough to apply, hold securely and look nice, all making them the best showcase locks I've found for sliding door applications.

I was looking for something simple to lock my DVD cabinet. These worked after a little modifying. Wish the adhesive track was a little longer. I had to remove the plate on the locking mechanism and reverse the entire mechanism so the tab was pointing away from the door edge to get these to lock on my 3 door DVD storage cabinet. They seem to do the job and I like that they didn't require drilling or screwing into the furniture.

Was not long enough to latch with my cabinet. Was flimsier thab i thought itd be and the adhesive is very weak.

Easy to install and use! The Bronze finish looks great with the Dark Mahogany Finish on the Display cases.
