Is this device nrtl marked such as ul or csa ?

Not those markings but it does have the TUV stamp which is an NRTL certification like ul and csa

Hi there, can I use this adaptor with a 110v hair drier/ blower in the US (110v outlets only)?

I don't see why not. I have mine plugged in right now in a 110v outlet using the USB port. If the hair drier is rated for 110v you won't have a problem. It is an adapter only, not a transofrmer.

What else do I need to use iPad and hairdryer do I need a converter as well

You only need a converter if your device doesn't handle 220. We've used laptops, Kindles, iPads, and Android tablets with no problem. You can charge both my USB as well as power cord. Regarding hairdryers, my wife ended up getting one specifically intended for 220V. The travel hairdryer she started with would only operated on the low setting. I believe the high setting blew a fuse on the travel adaptor we were using at the time (not the Skoss Pro).
