I love the convenience of taking three supplements in one, though it is more like taking two than three, as it is recommended (per the label) that you take an additional CoQ10 supplement with this product. There is no heartburn, fishy burps, taste, or stomach upset. Considering the dosage, the price is relatively steep, but it might be cheaper than buying the omega and a separate Red Yeast Rice supplement.

These are large, but don’t have any taste or aftertaste. If you are okay with taking large vitamins, these seem to work well.
