A friend has recommended it, and I have been using it now for almost a week. The compensation is super, and I felt the difference. My energy has increased, and my concentration as well for I am studying.

This product is easy to mix, tastes good. So far I haven't really noticed much difference I'm nearly finished my 2nd box.

Though the effects of this may accumulate in time, I haven't noticed much difference by the end of this first pack.

Brainy Vitamins
When I had recieved this, as a first impression it wasnt great as the box was damaged. Within the box it consists of 30 sachets giving you 1 months worth of vitamins.Reading the side of the box, it has lots of natural ingredients. The instructions say to mix the sachet with 300ml of water. When I mixed it with the water, it looked similar to borocca and I found that it tastes like a weak orange juice so it was alright to drink as the taste wasn't unpleasant at all and it was really easy to swallow. after drinking this there was a slight fishy after taste but that may be because of the Omega 3 DHA (algae source) which wasnt ideal but other than that it was fine. the sachet includes alot of different vitamins and minerals which help with the supporting your brain function, mental function, nervous system and more. This is ideal as an accompaniment to a healthy balenced diet.The price of this at the time of the review is £33.29 which seems quite expensive but i guess if it helps with your body then i sure it would be okay. i havent personally used this long enough to see any differences but i can update if there is any improvements.
