why won't you sell whole bean organic allegro french roast coffee by the pound?

For online purchases, we offer our Organic French Roast in 12oz bags. Our bulk coffees are currently only available for purchase by-the-pound in most Whole Foods Market stores.

how do we know the roast date on the bag is current resonably current?

There is no roast date, just a “Best Buy” date. This coffee is not good and I do not recommend (especially considering the cost).

How many months between the roast and expiration date? 24 months?

Allegro Coffee's are roasted 120 days before the 'Best By' Date listed on the packaging. Thanks!
