Sandisk Memory Stick Duo Adapter

Worked even with an adapter for micro SD card -> Memory Stick Duo Pro

Great product, adapts the memory stick ProDuo 4GB into older Sony camera and worked like a charm. No problems with camera functioning with this adapter installed. Price was very reasonable. Initially a snug fit in the camera but with a little patience it does fit properly. Lets older Sony cameras to use newer larger Sony 4 GB Memory Stick ProDuo and greatly increase the number of pictures saved in the camera.

I bought this for my PSP memory sticks since it would be annoying to use my PSP as a card reader every time I needed to add/remove anything and it does as advertised with the bonus: it's faster than the regular USB transfer because it's not limited by the processor bus of the PSP...But the one I bought did not come with the M2 to Pro Duo adapter as it says in the product details... but I wouldn't use that anyway...In a nutshell: It's a cheap product (with a kinda expensive shipping, if you ask) and it WILL be useful if you know how to use it properly :D

I have a Cyber-Shot 5.1 (Sony) camera, but I didn't have a memory stick duo adapter (nor memory stick pro duo);therefore, the camera was not useable. (I searched around town for each and without avail); at this point, I almost considered the camera as obsolete. At one more attempt, I decided a search on Amazon and instantly found a Sandisk Memory Stick Duo Adapter (also, a memory stick pro duo on Amazon) I ordered this adapter (and memory pro stick) hoping it will be a fit (and the reviews were very helpful in my decision making). The adapter (and pro stick) fitted the camera perfectly and the camera works fantastic. The price of this adaptor was very reasonable and what a deal it was - Thanks again "Amazon".

This has served me very well and due to it having a lot of memory.

I just got the adapter, and it is the correct one for the sony memory stick pro duo that I have in my camera. However, when I tried to put the adapter into my sd card reader, the insert end is too thick, and therefore does not work at all. I just set 11 dollars on fire...

Just what I need to get my old 2005 Sony cybershot back up and running. Definitely a different paint job than was pictured but that doesn't matter to me. I had bought an old Memory Stick Pro Duo 4GB not realizing it was the wrong form factor. I got this adapter and it works perfectly. It takes photos and offloads via multi-card reader just fine.BTW thanks a lot Sony for making up such a silly format, why couldn't you do sd cards like everyone else?

I have been using the adapter on PC's since the first of April. After l received a computer upgrade to a Mac Mini I discovered the the adapter is too think to go into the SD slot. My friend has a Macbook and we discovered the adapter will not work in her either. I will have to take home and download onto a USB stick.
