The missing piece to your weightlifting journey
These things are mesocycle changing. The construction is top notch and fits really well. For myself, I have a 7'' wrist and went with the medium/Large. These fit really well around my wrist and i have plenty of space to grow into it along the journey. I don't use these for push exercises, but use them for pull where my grip strength is limited (deadlifts, heavy dumbells, etc). The strong, sticky rubber material provides a smooth surface for your fingers in a hook grip, and the straps around your wrist tug downward with friction that offloads some of the weight to the wrist. I started off with the classic and will definitely move to the pro series when the time comes.

Totally dig these. I have tried other types of straps and I think these work the best and are more comfortable. Takes a minute to get use to them. But once you do, the movement feels natural. As advertised, I am living more weight and more reps now that I am taking my forearms out of the equation. Pay attention to ordering though, not sure how I got pink ones. But I am cool with that.

Too small
These may be a great product. I don’t know. I returned these because they were definitely too small, (I went according to the size recommendations) difficult to put on, stiff and uncomfortable. I would have liked to have tried a larger size and perhaps the stiffness was simply a matter of them needing to be broken in. Many serious lifters love these. Perhaps I will give them a try again at a later date in a larger size.

Awesome design
There’s so many different versions of this piece of equipment. All of them have flaws most of the time they have too much length on the cord that wraps around the bar, making it difficult to set up, but these fit perfectly and give you amazing grip to where you don’t have to put any strain on your fingers, my only regret is not finding them sooner.
