These bars are auesome. They taste great and satisfy my hunger. Not chalky or hard to bite. They provide me just what I need. I only wish they had small sample sizes to try before I buy a different flavor. My favorite is the chocolate chip and the lemon, but not sure if I want to buy the mint or other flavors until I try them first.

I can understand that the bars might be melty if it was hot outside or in the warehouse, but the coating still sticks to the wrapper even after being at room temperature for days. What I can't understand is how so many of the bars are crumbling apart as if they've been crushed when the box looked perfectly intact. I like the taste and that they are not super sweet, but they are an absolute mess to eat like this. They are not like this when I get them from a grocery store.

I’m obsessed with these keto bars! The chocolate chip cookie dough is delicious; I eat one for breakfast almost every morning. They taste great and also help curb my appetite throughout the day! I love that there’s only 2 grams of sugar in each bar!

I purchased the chocolate-chip cookie dough flavor on the strength of the reviews. The texture put me off; it's light, dry and crumbly, and it's the crumbliness that I dislike. When I eat them, I end up with crumbs everywhere, so the mess means that they're not really great for me as an on-the-go, discreet snack. No way I'd eat these in the car; I have to be prepared to eat over a plate and clean up afterwards, which defeats the purpose of trying to use them as a grab-and-go snack. The box shipped from Canada, and I wonder if this is the expected texture for these bars or if they went through some temperature extreme they weren't meant to endure that affected the texture. As far as the taste goes, I'd subjectively characterize it as adequate enough to keep the box and finish them, but not great or something I'm eager to have more of. Maybe they'll be more substantial and less crumbly when chilled in the fridge or frozen, so I'll try that with the remainder of the box. Giving 2 extra stars since these bars contain healthy fats and aren't the usual high-sugar, insulin-spiking packaged snack, which is very important to me. Despite that, I'm still looking for my ideal snack bar.

Finding magical foods that will taste like cake yet make you lose weight is impossible, and downright stupid as a goal. Part of the problem is that we expect everything to taste perfect, specifically sweet, and that’s what’s made us have to go on a diet in the first place. Change the mindset.Now, that doesn’t mean stuff should taste like garbage, or cardboard. I’ve tried a million bars with all sorts of claims, and most taste somewhere between “I can take it” to “crap”. And that’s fine, if they work. But most don’t.These bars are very crumbly and may cause a texture problem for some people. Solution: put them in the fridge first! Regardless, the key is that they do work. You can avoid constantly eating if you eat one of these, and that’s what we’re looking for.

I was so excited to get these because I liked their strawberry bars they had. I was very disappointed because these bars were not good at all. For the price that they are, I expected something much better. Don’t waste your money. They don’t taste like cookie dough at all and the bar was very crumbly. I opened it and half the bar just fell out and chocolate crumbs were all over the place. It was very dry and the texture wasn’t good at all. Regret buying these especially since they are pricy. I’m warning you not to buy them and waste your money, but in the end it is your choice.

These are probably the best tasting no sugar Keto bars that I have had. The Cookie dough are a teensy bit drier and less sweet than the Lemon, but are still a tasty snack when I need a little something to continue my energy level. The Lemon are by far my favorite! Tangy and sweet, and just the right texture for my tastebuds. Thank you Good Fat Co.! These are truly ridiculously delicious!

Good snack with good ingredients, worth the extra you pay for good ingredients compared to junk snacks or "keto" snacks that raise your blood sugar levels and kick you out of ketosis anyways, even if you stay below carb threshold.The company should probably put on the listing and the label that the product is best consumed if it's kept in the freezer. The texture can be very... dusty... if you eat it at room temperature but it's much better if you keep it in the freezer before consuming.

I’m a fan of the Good Fat bars (coconut chocolate chip ones). I tried the Cookie Dough ones and had to gag them down. The texture is completely different from the chocolate almond or coconut chocolate chip or chocolate mint ones. Too expensive to throw out so I endured it but did not enjoy that flavour at all. I’m eating them on a low carb diet (not Keto).

The filling texture has changed so it reminds me of the texture of old fashioned marshmallow filled chocolate bars. It sticks less to the roof of the mouth - thank you! The flavor is more chocolaty - but still not perfect. Still, it’s the best keto bar on the market - although I would still hesitate to describe it as ridiculously delicious.

I like the product, but Amazon ships it in a envelope so the come broken every time. Don't think I will be ordering again until amazon starts properly packaging these kind of item properly so they don't come damaged.
