Great dropper post! I followed the install instructions and had no problem. The dropper post works perfect!

Stopped working on my 2nd ride. Very disappointed
Seemed to work great. Then my 2nd ride it stopped working. Compresses on its own. Almost made me fall off bike going down an incline. Junk don't buy.

Good buy from what I can tell this far!
Very pleased, works great! Would give 5 but not sure about remote trigger holding up (plastic) and have only had installed for a few rides now.

This dropper works well, gives me the seat height adjustment I need while on the fly.Arrived on time, easy install, looks decent.Installed on my Kona Unit single speed.I like it so much I just ordered one for one of my other bikes!

counterfeit dropper seat post
The seat post ended up failing after two rides. The seller told me to ship to Taiwan to be repaired which would have cost more than the seat post itself. After contacting the manufacturer myself, I was asked for the serial number which I was unable to locate anywhere on the item. The manufacturer informed me that the post was either counterfeit or from the gray market. I would NOT purchase this product again!

Doesn’t work at all
This dropper post did not work out of the box. You can compress it but it doesn’t come back up unless you pull it up. Complete junk.

Good quality thumb lever could be a little better.
Works well and easy to install. Use your own zip ties and it comes with a small attachable frame guide. Lever is a little small however that is upgradeable and I can go to the shifter style lever if I choose. Lever doesn't feel cheap it's just a bit small for my preference. Has not failed working yet!I recommend this External DP.
