I have tried many different brands of biotin over the years due to my chronic hair loss, and I can 100% say that these are the best!!! I grew lots of baby hair when I was taking these and it all fell out when I changed brands. Im sticking with these now . Best around !

I have been taking these pills for a month now and it certainly works for me. Baldness is caused by several different reasons so it may not have every effect on everyone, but I advise you to try at least.Women baldness is typically caused by stress or vitamin deficit, therefore this has the potential to help in the majority of cases. For men on the other hand, the most common baldness is caused by genetics (AGA) which is the case for me, and may not be that effective, however, I have had very positive results after just one month taking these pills, my hair is certainly way stronger as opposed to quite thin when I started the treatment, and I am even recovering some hair on my frontline. This is easily noticeable because I have medium-long hair therefore it is relatively easy for me to see the results as the new hairs are yet way shorter, I have manage to start recovering around 1cm of hair on my receding hairline. These hairs are yet a bit week and scattered so they don't give a full impression of density, but we are getting there and I have to say I am quite impressed with the results so far. Please see picture attached with the areas of improvement highlighted. I did not have any hairs there before the treatment.I recommend everyone suffering hair loss or thinning to try the treatment for at least 3 months and judge if it is worth for you.

Have been taking these for about a year now and they have become part of my daily routine, they are not a quick fix but noticed a definite improvement to my nails, and most noticeably my hair after a few months, easy to swallow with no nasty after taste, good price, What’s not to like!

These are suitable for vegans and vegetarians, even if you are n't veggie, it is reassuring to know that these do not have any nasty animal by-products in.The capsules do loom rather large, however coming from someone who struggles to swallow tablets, I can assure you that there were no problems and I swallowed them with ease-with some water.These have a decent dose of biotin and that is reflected in the results. After a couple of weeks, I noticed an improvement in hair growth with some new hair coming through.Having tried other Biotin supplements, I will definitely be reordering these. I managed to visit my hairdresser just before the lock down and he noticed an improvement in my hair growth and condition.

I am yet to see any hair or nail improvements but I have only been taking since January so feeling hopeful I will see improvements the more I take them

Just ordered my second bottle of these. The difference I've seen in the last 3 months has been amazing. My nails are growing stronger than ever, my skin looks clearer and my hair has grown 2 inches which is very unusual for me 🤔. Downside though is I'm still losing the same amount in the shower but somehow my hair looks thicker and healthier. Well worth the price and I recommend them.

I wasn't convinced that this would work but my sister recommended taking biotin and so I though I give it a try. I have been taking this product for 2 months and to my utter surprise, it worked (so far). I had thinning of hair in my parting and new hair is growing. What is interesting is that the new hair is dark and not grey! My hair is more than 50% grey.I would have taken half a star off for lack of transparency as the capsules are 6000 units each and one must take 2 tablets a day to get the high 12000 unit dose. This means that there is enough supply for 90 days and not 180 days as it appears on the packaging. However; it works and so still worth it and good value for money.I would be interested to see how long it will work for as with many supplements, the effects seem to reduce with time.
