Yes. These are food grade and meet all requirements. Like sandwich baggies.

Q: Do you need to use a coupler with these bags?

A coupler is only required if you want to be able to change the decorating tip, otherwise you can insert the metal tip right into the bag from the inside before you put the icing into the bag.

Q: has anyone used this bags for dulce de leche? I think thick so it doesnt burst when squeezing

these bags are nice and thick. I have put very thick products inside and have put lots of pressure and they have never bursted or been close to bursting. I would definitely recommend.

A Trusted Brand Makes Another Great Product

I exclusively use Ateco piping bags for my bakery because it's a brand I'm familiar with, the product is well made, and it takes a LOT to make a bag burst. I find using these bags easy, especially with my arthritis. If I had one complaint, it would be I hate the sound it makes when you unroll the bags to tear one off. But that's more of a me problem and less of a them problem!

Amazing

These bags are amazing. They are thick and great quality. I have had no issues with these. I mostly use the 18" for my cupcakes but the 12" are good for smaller details. The closed ends also work great for frosting kits!
