Q: For folks that have had these for a couple months, how are they holding up?

I've had it for a couple months now with moderate use. I rotate this amongst two other batteries so it still holds charge like new. For $10 bucks though, it's not anything to worry about. Just throw it away when you notice a decline in performance and just get a new one. If you need a spare for your X100s, stop thinking about it and just buy it already!

Q: Is it compatible with the X100T?

Sure, I use STK NP-95 as a replacement to original one. No difference found so far

Q: Should I get another charger for this STK's Fuji battery? Is the Fuji battery charger which comes with X100s working for this battery?

It works great with the x100s charger.

Q: is this compatible with the X30?

According to the specifications shown on Fuji's own web site, http://www.fujifilm.com/products/digital_cameras/x/fujifilm_x30/specifications/ , yes, it's the same battery.
