does it work with a HP Laserjet 2420?

A lot of questions about "will this fit" (whatever). USB is USB - it's just that some cables have different shaped ends to fit in devices with different shaped receptacles ("sockets"). But even the "wrong" cable will work with a simple adapter. No matter the shape, they all do the same thing. . Only by looking at your printer, musical device, disk drive, cell phone, mouse, (or whatever devices you need to connect), can you know which SHAPE ("TYPE") you will need on either end of a USB cable. You can tell just by looking at the shape, As far as the three versions ....USB has three: VERSIONS while the connections which you can only know by seeing the logo, or reading your component's directions.. But the SHAPE of the "plugs" and "sockets" are called "TYPES" -(types A on one end and type B on the other on the cable these questions are about) - There are (so far) 3 different speeds (versions 1, 2 and 3) of USB - older and slower versions of devices will work with newer cables and other devices - (all as long as the shapes - or "types" of the connectors fit). But the performance (speed of connection) will only be as fast as the slowest part of the connection whether its one of the two devices or the connecting cable. Printers - and their designs - change very frequently and the versions and types of USB connections can change within the same brand. It's just safer to look at your printer (or whatever) and SEE what you need.

It works with my Canon printer. They are standardized. Works with all my Brother printers too.

Will it fit HP laser jet 1022?

I'm not familiar with the 1022 but this cable should fit.

Does it work for canon eos rebal t7

It is a standard printer cable, usb on one end and printer male end on other.

Works great, made in China.

Please note: This product is made in China but I do not know if anyone in the US makes one. The cable works fine. I have bluetooth on my HP printer but it was not working. I will simply use the cable whenever I have trouble in the future. The price is right (I don't see how they make much of a profit). I will try to find one made in the US next time.
