I tried it, but didn’t notice any changes, it’s more of a personal choice, you won’t know until you try it!

Uncoated tablets
Had to stop taking these as on several occasions being uncoated I had trouble swallowing them and choked a couple of times. I understand that it's not possible to add a coating which is a shame, have now switched to capsules.
