I have started taking these as I have noticed skin texture change and some small lines in forehead appear. I have been taking 2 per day as recommended for about a week. No miracles have occurred, but I didn't expect this to be the case, however I do feel like my skin feels more plumped and I'm sure it will just take a while like anything really. Thoroughly a fabulous product, I could see immediate changes in my skin, hair and nails. However, I have had to stop taking them as collagen causes me to be very anxious, caused insominia and jittery nerves. I know it is the collagen because I stopped them and it went away but came back when I started taking it again.

Well this product has definitely plumped my skin up and firmed it there is no doubt about it. It took about 6 weeks to see any effects. It was actually quite dramatic and I’m pretty astonished about it.I don’t have any lines on my face so don’t know what it would do for those.I’m going to use these regularly and 2 months supply in one tub is pretty good.The tablets are big but don’t let that put you off they go down easily and have never gotten “stuck.”Take with water as instructed.Although expensive I am pretty happy with them and they leave zero aftertaste. You pay for quality.

I take these for 2 weeks before I get inked and 2-3 weeks after and it always improves my healing time. And as a bonus I have better hair and skin. Great value for money, had enough for 2 tattoos from one bottle. Had a neutral smell and I took them as recommended on the bottle and they definitely worked.
